i wanna port the last x264 onto vc2005, but there is a macro define "__ICL" is required. then who can tell me what's this ?

ps, there is a file x264cli.h in last x264 source code, then what's "cli" ?

ICL should mean Intel C/C++ Compiler with MSVC

CLI = Command Line Interface
