All of a sudden, after rebooting my computer, an Asus Cm5675, 8G ram, 1T hd w/Windows7

64 bit, both of me two computers, (Epson R280, Epson Workforce 610), stopped working.

When bringing up the device printer page both have the yellow problem triangle.Tried re-installing and when finished get the message device did not install properly. did it from Epsons Home page for W7 64 B and same thing, on both printers. The Workforce is a combo Wi-Fi and Usb. Neither work,and the Workforce Wi-Fi shows it is recieving astrong signal. This came out of nowhere, was working great for over 6 months.Any help

greatly appreciated.

Updated any other software lately?
I once had a printer stop working after upgrading from IE6 to IE7. I even reformatted the computer trying to fix it, which is how I confirmed IE was the cause. I have no idea why.

Are you installing the latest drivers for your printers?

@unrox

Hi!

Try the following (Unless the printer directions SPECIFICALLY state NOT to "hot plug" the printer):

1) Shut down your system

2) Disconnect (from both computer and power) the printers

3) Reboot your system

4) Re-connect printers and turn them on
