how only one chapters

How I can convert only one chapters ? F.eg. I'm ripped with SmartRipper only chapters 25. When I use DVD2SVCD for convert, I get "Access violation at address .... " error. How can I do it?

Rip using internal routines and click on the time after you have selected the IFO. There will be a popup window where you can select only the chapters you want.

When I ripped this chapter with Smart Ripper, was created VOB1 with size 0B and VOB4. I was to delete VOB1, rename VOB4 to VOB1 and now it is OK.
