This is a new media player by VSO, its free (presumably as its in beta), it can play blurays from discs or from folders: http://www.vso-software.fr/products/vmp/vso-media-player.php
no hd audio codec support atm, no intel/amd hardware decoding atm but other than that its pretty decent.
