In H.264/SVC, PACSI is a new NALU type. Could I insert PACSI NALU into H.264/SVC bitstream by the following structure.
“PACSI NALU and prefix NALU”.
Based on payload format of H.264/SVC(RFC6190, sec 4.9), the SVC NALU header of PACSI must be the same with following non-PACSI NALU in single packet. Therefore, I had to insert additional prefix NALU after PACSI NALU in order to satisfy this standard requirement.
Is that available or correct? Meanwhile, If I don’t add the prefix NALU after PACSI NALU, is that ok?
