i want compress any video like avi , mp4 other to mkv x264 AVC codec AAC and mke codec id is V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC
what codec or programme make that

Anything that uses x264.

ffmpeg, x264 cli, megui, ripbot264, makemkv etc etc etc
