mkvmerge gui 4.0.x bug

just for saying there is something wrong

with mkvmerge gui 4.x

something change after version 4.0.0 and affect the output

all the video's where i used a version higer than 4.0.0

don't play on the bluray player and other stand alone player's what my friend tested

so i m remuxing all my videos with gui 4.0.0 , and it works again

You can turn it off individually and there is a setting for turning it off on all audio and video tracks in the options. That basically restores the old behavor. The header removal compression doesn't save much filesize anyway.

Yes, the compression benefit is negligible - less than a Megabyte for a file several Gigabytes in size.

As nurbs said, you can easily turn it off:
