i've run it with and without
no-dct-decimate=1,0
is this only effective at low bitrates?
i've run with and with deblocking and don't see a difference.
src is 25 min, Y16, L-5, 1080P/24fps, 6ch LPCM and need to distribute it on various formats, 1080P, 720P, 480P, 240P with subtitles.
one limitation for a particular CDN is no files larger than 2gb.
any suggestions for settings for each format to maintain highest quality? i don't want to use the default settings, have it encode for 3/4 hours and find out it's mediocre video.
for 240p, i'd probably just encode stereo or dobly mixdown.
