I am trying to copy a DVD to a VCD. I used Smart Ripper, FlaskMeg with the the bbMPEG plugin, and TMPGENc to split the files.
I came up with two files which I tried to burn but the resulting MPEG file could not be accepted by both NERO and Easy CD Creator for the following reason:
System Clock Reference: 1058 (not acceptable)
Video Pack Size: 2048 (Probably OK)
Audio Pack + Padding: 2048 (Probably OK)
Last Pack Size: 2052 (Probably OK)
All other parameters shown in the Easy CD Creator are Ok.
I chose to output to VCD from the bbMPEG menu.
(1) What is the acceptable System Clock Reference?
(2) How can I correct this?
(3) Are the Video Pack Size, Audio Pack + Padding, and Last Pack Size accepteble?
(4) If not, how can I correct this?
