AVC MKV to Blu-Ray without re-encode?

I have a video in a Matroska container. The format is AVC with an AC-3 audio track.

Is there a tool to be had which can extract the video and audio from the container and put them back together in a way that would work on a blu-ray player without actually re-encoding the whole thing?

Sorry if my terminology confuses, I am not a pro at this!

I have the feeling, that you're breaking rule 6, anyways the simple answer to your question is that you can't as the specs of the file aren't BD-compliant.

This is not warez, I recorded it off TV and compressed it. But thanks for the answer.

everything would be ok if you didn't crop to 1280x546. Next time use 1280x720.

Just because the broadcast has 5.1 this doesn't mean it's genuine 5.1 mix and not upmix from stereo or even mono

Even file is perfectly encoded for blu-ray (in specs) demuxing from mkv will not properly return all information.
