VFR encoding : help!!

Hey guys!

I'm trying to do vfr encode of a anime from.ts,

It's hybrid, interlaced 29.97fps cfr.

I tried to load decomevfr.dll,
using

Loadplugin("decombvfr.dll")
It said unable to load plugin!


Animeivtc had some problems like that!


I tried animeivtc, decombvfr.. I just couldn't make them work, if anyone of you can show me that with good examples, It'll be good!!

I heard avisynth can't do vfr, but there must be a way to do it, rite?

Do... do you happen to have decombvfr.dll in the same directory as the avs file that line is in?

Use the TIVTC method.
Decomb521VFR is more outdated compared to TIVTC IIRC and personally, I could not get it to work at all .
