I have a fairly large video library ~1000 video files. I have a fair number of titles with different audio encodes. Most are already in MKV container, but there are some which are avi, mp4, etc.. My library also has several different audio formats (FLAC, MP3, DTS)
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can easily scan the entire library and convert any non-MKV to MKV and re-encode whatever the audio is to AC3 as the default track (I want to preserve the original in the container as a secondary, non-default track).
