DV & Premiere & CCE = problem !!!

Hi all,
I am newbie , and please help !!!!
I can install CCE 2.50SP, video server 0.93.
When I start Avi Wriper with TMPGenc all works OK /CBR & VBR/
But, when start Avi Wriper with CCE 2.50SP, only have audio with
CBR. When I start CCE-plug in for Premiere, in VBR mode Premiere say:
don`t audio with VBR!!!!
/ I can install CCE frame & CRC Patch/
Please help. step by step !!!!

That´s a simple message of cce sp:

You can´t encode audio if you encode video with variable bitrate.
This is a (silly) cce restriction.

Try encode video extra and audio extra or use CBR.

No other solution possible ...!
