Unless you provide more details like what is the source medium/format of the movie, MediaInfo report or sample then nobody can help you.

Your sample lets me demux the audio just fine. I use an older version of DGIndex (1.4.5), though.
The same goes for ReJig.

Cheers

no problem with eac3to:

eac3to Kvindelist.Og.Kaerlighed.1960.Sample.vob -demux
VOB, 1 video track, 1 audio track, 0:01:02
1: MPEG2, 576i50 (4:3)
2: AC3, 2.0 channels, 192kbps, 48kHz, dialnorm: -27dB, -248ms
v01 Extracting video track number 1...
a02 Extracting audio track number 2...
a02 Removing AC3 dialog normalization...
a02 Applying (E-)AC3 delay...
a02 A remaining delay of +8ms could not be fixed.
v01 Creating file "Kvindelist.Og.Kaerlighed.1960.Sample - 1 - MPEG2, 576i50.m2v"
...
a02 This track is not clean.
a02 Creating file "Kvindelist.Og.Kaerlighed.1960.Sample - 2 - AC3, 2.0 channels,
192kbps, 48kHz.ac3"...
v01 Video overlaps for 14 frames at playtime 0:00:42.
a02 The last (E-)AC3 frame is incomplete and thus gets skipped.
Video track 1 contains 1560 frames.
eac3to processing took 2 seconds.
Done.

Yes the sample works but the original vob file does not work.
