Joining Blu ray video files.

I am trying to join two blu ray video files to one. I used Ts-Muxer but the output is not that promising and also with lot of mosquito noise. Please help how to join blu ray video files with out loosing the quality or atleast not adding any noise. The source was very good but the Ts-Muxer added much noise.

Using tsMuxeR to join two Blu-ray files, with the same video and audio attributes, should not create any noise in the resultant file...
