title says it all, i have 2 files, both were originally mkv files from which i extracted the streams to .h264 and DTS files, from which i then re-encoded the DTS file to AAC using megui. I then put the h264 and AAC files into an MP4 container.
the problem i have is that 1 file will play whereas the other file does not play on my xbox 360 even though they were both converted from mkv to mp4 in the EXACT same way.
below are screenshots of mediainfo for each of the files. The working file is on the top and below that is the non-working file.

any helps would be much appreciated

PS im playing both the files from a usb stick, but i dont think that should make any difference as it can more than handle the read/write speeds required for the higher bitrate file.
