I'm getting a lot of buffer underflow notices when re-encoding movs to mpeg. From what I understand this is to do with information leaving the buffer quicker than it is read in, causing the encoding to stop and start and possibly leading to dropped frames. I haven't noticed any yet though. I've tried upping the bit rate to 15000 in 500kbs increments and this eliminates a lot of the errors but I am still getting a few at the beginning of the video I've been testing with. Is there something else I should be trying? Mediainfo for the file and encoding settings are below...
