Fast transcoder to convert to iPhone format?

Anybody have suggestions on a utility that can take a number of different formatted videos and quickly convert them to be usable on an iPhone? Ideally, something i can just point to a directory of files and have it convert them all..

Any ideas?

XviD4PSP v6, setup the format to convert to, drag and drop files and away you go ... it should also have an iPhone profile ...

As for fast (irrespective of quality) check out Badaboom (but not sure it does batches) ...

Badaboom 2 does batch encoding.

Badaboom utilizes GPU number crunching for fast transcoding. But with increasing capability of processors, wont you want to build something which can play a wider variety of formats rather than pushing everything to H.264??
