1. The source file isn't really 7.1 channels .
2. You don't have the appropriate filters to decode the DTS-HD Master and you are just getting the lossy DTS core.

Is the decoder working (eac3t -test)? The file is either not 7.1 or you are only decoding the core (Arcsoft filter not working.) Most titles are just 7.1 up-mixed from 5.1 anyway. Perhaps eac3to is detecting this. There are very few titles with discrete 7.1 channels.

The file is not 7.1, as you can see, it's not listing it as that. It's also reducing the bit depth from 24 bits to 8 bits. Source of the file? PM me if you don't care to share those details publicly.

i am sry , i v re attached new image

,
and then u mean
if the source DTSHD file is real 7.1 channel then eac3to make changes 5.1 to 7.1 automatically?

No, I mean the source is NOT 7.1 channels. I've never had any problems with this, ripping from physical Blu-rays with actual 7.1 tracks (Toy Story 3, Megamind, there are only in reality a few releases that have actual 7.1 discrete tracks.)
