I want to encode video with megui and the output will be something.avi, anyone suggest to me a good profile?

MeGUI is a front-end to x264. And x264 doesn't support output an AVI container, at least not without unofficial patches.

However you can output to MKV or MP4 first, then extract the H.264 stream from the MKV/MP4 file and finally mux into AVI, e.g. with a tool called "avc2avi".
