mp4box Problem

From what I understand, Yamb and ME both use mp4box as their .mp4 muxer. Lately I have been having issues, where, after a job is completed, I open the video for playback (tried multiple videos in VLC as well as my Xbox 360) and it plays, but is not "seekable". Attempts to 'seek' to later points in the video in VLC cause the player to crash, and any attempt to seek on my 360 causes the video to restart, or in some cases stop altogether. Has anyone else had the same problem? Does anyone know a remedy?

Try a recent mp4box build (http://kurtnoise.free.fr/mp4tools/MP4Box-0.4.6-rev2735.zip), those shipped with YAMB are usually very old. (I don't know what ME is.)
Are you muxing from elementary streams (x.h264 y.aac etc.) or from mov/mp4 sources?
