XviD4PSP Re-Encoding Error?

I am having some trouble re-encoding two files.

I am using XviD4PSP (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/XviD4PSP) Build 5.037, and I keep getting the following error message.....

"FFmpeg (http://www.videohelp.com/tools/ffmpeg) Source: Can't create decompressor: Unsupported Compression Method"

Please tell me how to fix this?
