MultiAVCHD - A few questions??

Just getting started on Blu-Ray editing & have a few questions. So far I have been using MultiAVCHD as it seems to do most? of what I want to do;

I have a DVD title that has English subtitles & an English audio track that I added to the completed DVD

I now have the Blu-Ray version of that title & want to do the same.

Using MultiAVCHD I figured out how to add the English track (was out of sync but I see that can be adjusted) & I added the subtitle track after running the SRT through EasySUP (was also out of sync a bit but I can adjust that in another program).

Questions;

1. The subtitle track (I moved it to position #1 & checked "Force subtitle") DID not come on automatically (I had to choose it) even though I checked off the force subtitle option.

2. In MultiAVCHD I see there is an option to transcode but what if I want to replace a title with an already transcoded material, or say replace an extra (like a trailer) video with a custom title? As I could do this with tools like VOBblanker & PGCedit for DVD, can I do this as well in MultiAVCHD? I did not see a "replace" or something like that option?

EDIT: Well forget the second question I found all I need to do is remux my clip into .m2ts file and title it the same thing as the original copy\replace - or I guess that's good enough?

I still cannot get it to force the subtitle stream on though.

I haven't really used multiAVCHD
but I can tell you that you can't simply swap out m2ts files in avchd/bluray structures
you'll also need to swap out the corresponding playlists / clipinfo files

Legit question as I did not explain further; Only available on DVD (R3) & Blu-Ray in foreign language, it was available here on VHS long ago and I had an old copy that I pulled the audio track from and cleaned up and created subtitles for it. Thats how I had my DVD set up and I was going to try to do the same thing for the Blu-Ray.

I kind of figured you cannot just replace the files after I did it & it did not play correctly. So is there any program for Blu-Ray that works like VOBblanker & PGCedit did for DVD? So I can replace these files with my own created ones?

You can do that with MultiAVCHD but only stream by stream, go to "Title properties" click on "Alter Detected Properties" button then click on "Video Track" text box and select a alternate video file (M2TS/MKV, etc), this will change the video track for a custom one, for the audio tracks go to the audio section, remove all the available audio tracks, and add new ones using the "Add" button, you may want to adjust chapters too using the "Edit" button on the Chapters section.

If a "movie-only" version of your Blu-ray would suffice, I believe it's a very simple matter of using tsMuxeR to "ADD" (Not "Join")the main movie .M2Ts, "ADD" the English audiostream, and "ADD" the English subtitle stream (I presume it's .SRT) - and select "Blu-ray from the lower portion of the screen (NOT the tabs at the top)
