hey guys, i was just wondering if RB-opt is currently used for DVD Rebuilder Pro 1.28.2 ?
i'm not sure exactly what it is but it if provides more options and stuff, i would definitely like to know more about it.
i'm very good with the video stuff so i'd be fine with the extra options.

also, is this program going to be updated anytime soon?
thanks

The RB-Opt functions are since long available within the standard DVD-Rebuilder Pro, i.e.
- One pass variable bitrate encoding targeting a given filesize
- Flexible matrix selection
- User defined bitrate allocation on a segment basis
- Automatic Bitrate Redistribution
It is however still possible to use RB-Opt together with DVD-Rebuilder if one prefers to stick to it, but I don't think that RB-Opt will ever see any further development. It does what it has been intended for very well.

Probably in the RB-Opt thread of this forum, some years back I guess.
The rebuilder.inf file is probably in the workfolder of DVD-RB. Do a search for it.

Edit:
AFAIK the latest version of RB-Opt is v0.38 beta
