Single-step join Blu-Ray m2ts streams for further processing?

Situation: Ripped Blu-Ray folder of latest boy wizard movie (which sets a new standard in annoyance with freakin' hundreds of streams all in a disordered jumble).

Desire: Get the main movie merged (not demuxed!) into one giant m2ts file for further processing. The correct streams are automatically sorted and properly ordered by the utility.

You can add the .mpls file into tsmuxergui and remux it. But I'm not sure if the time gaps will be fixed

I guess the safe way to do it is first use eac3to to demux all tracks from the mpls, and then remux them into .m2ts with tsmuxer

Where's the .mpls file?

(I'm trying avoid demuxing/remuxing 100+ separate streams. Ideally there'd be a tool like DVDShrink for BluRay which just restreamed the main movie into a single file.)

the .mpls file is in the \BDMV\PLAYLIST folder. To find out which .mpls corresponds to the main movie, you'll need to either use eac3to or BDInfo to scan the bluray folder first.

actually demuxnig all tracks with eac3to is very simple. Just a line of command and you have one file for each track.
Try this:
eac3to "X:\MOVIE_FOLDER" 1) -demux

you can decide to drop some unnecessary audios and subtitles if you want. More info here (http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Eac3to/How_to_Use).
