Hi All,

I am re-encoding a movie using MeGUI.

I have completed the dvdrip using DVDdecrypter but encountered disk errors at the very end credits of the movie, so the vob file is truncated but still usable for movie purposes.

What can I do clean up the vob file before further processing?

Try to run the title through FixVTS. Be sure to not enable the In place option for a backup.

Not needed, he can always rerip the DVD.

If you insist in using DVDdecrypter, why not use ripit4me (which uses DD and DVDshrink and FixVTS), to increase the chances.

What is the title and Region number of your original DVD?
