Have transcoded dozens of Blu-Rays to x264/AC3 without problem.
But when I do this with the DTSMA from Fair Game, the AC3 audio has a very distinct and excessive echoing in a number of passages, which unsurprisingly is not present in the original M2TS.
Increasing the AC3 bitrate from 384 kbps to 640 kbps does not fix the problem. Log for latter:
eac3to v3.24
command line: C:\BDrip\EAC3to\eac3to x.dtsma 640.ac3 -640
-----------------------------------------------------------
DTS Master Audio, 5.1 channels, 24 bits, 48kHz
(core: DTS, 5.1 channels, 24 bits, 1509kbps, 48kHz)
Decoding with ArcSoft DTS Decoder...
Encoding AC3 <640kbps> with libAften...
Creating file "640.ac3"...
The original audio track has a constant bit depth of 24 bits.
eac3to processing took 6 minutes, 15 seconds.
Done.
Your help please
JB :thanks:
