I’m having some trouble with an anime series I recently bought. It’s the Funimation release of “Ikki Tousen - The Complete Series”, and it’s NTSC R1.

When I try and use DVDShrink (my default ripping software... hundreds ripped and no probs so far) I select “Open Disc” and immediately get a read error and can go no further.
When I use DVD Decrypter I can’t do a whole disc copy or create an ISO as it says it’s well over 120GB. The main VOBs seem to be duplicated on the disc about 5 or 6 times.
All the episodes on both discs are in a single VOBset, so I have to separate the episodes by choosing to rip just the chapters associated with that episode, but no matter what I do (separate episodes, keep them together and split after encoding, etc) the first episode comes out fine but the subsequent ones are out of sync. Audio and subtitles appear to still be in sync with each other, but the video appears to be running a bit behind, so you hear what happens before you see it.
Has anyone come across a problem like this before, or does anyone have any advice on how I should proceed? If samples are needed, just let me know what you require and I’ll upload them as soon as I get home from work.
Thanks in advance!
