AC3 has 12ms_delay [Archive]

Even says so on the description. Where did it come from?? Is there any way to get rid of that? I've heard Scenarist2 will sync it with the M2V, but I'm having trouble installing Scenarist. So, now I'm wanting to keep the AC3 separate. I've also heard SoftenCode will work. Anyone know? Or have other ideas?

Planning on burning a DVD once I have the AC3 in sync with the M2V. Any ideas?

I heard maybe Prassi could converge the two files into a single file to burn, and that it may sync the two. Anyone know?
