I'm digging in to the finer details of tDecimate, and I have a question.
In mode 7, the help file says "Frames with difference values inbetween dupthresh and vidthresh are classified as similar unless they represent a descernable local minimum or maximum in the difference values string."
The question is, can I adjust what the "local minimum and maximum" are? The situation is this; there are frames that are classified as "Similar" which are indeed duplicates. The difference metric between these frames and their adjacent frames is significant, but tDecimate refuses to declare them as duplicates.
So, can I somehow adjust this difference threshold?
