multiAVCHD will do what you ask. Just use re-author mode. :)

Depends on the title... Some titles (like Warner titles) are _really_ easy. Just modifying a text file. :cool:

I suspect other studios have some easier options as well, but the MultiAVCHD is kind of a all-in-one solution- blanking out the head build works on every title...
