when i try to encode Gladiator to divx 4.12 using Xmpeg i ste everything up and press start conversion but it says either invalid log file or cant open log file. please help

sounds like u r trying to encode the 2nd pass before doing the first.

check the codec is set to 2pass, 1st pass.

thx for that, but now i get a new error --

"An error occured when trying to generate the file. Check that
your not using the output file or the program is setup
correctly."

If i could get some more help it would be great. thx
