.mov audio error!!!!!!!!!!

Helllo Guys, I always got an audio error problem while converting .mov files, I use all the audio presets but still not working, anyone knows how to fixed this one, thanks in advanced!

Please post more details like which tool you are using, the log file, a source sample, ...
