Hi All,
I'm not a total newbie but I have never ripped a DVD - I just make DVDs from my own movies and those of friends. I made 3 different discs for a friend a while back ( 3 different movies). I now need to take the VOBs from those discs, re-convert them to MPEG and shorten them, presumably de-mux and then re-author excerpts from the 3 discs onto one DVD.
I (think I) need to know :
What program can make .m2v and .wav files from a VOB
What app can edit the .m2v
Am I on the right track ?
Any help with this project would be much appreciated.
