is there any plugin to add text / watermark in video while encoding in Megui .
Without loss of quality ??

Just adding a watermark/logo results in a huge loss of quality. Don't do it. No one wants to see you deface a video like that. And since no one would even think of doing such a thing just for their own use, my guess is you're planning on distributing the movie (foolishly thinking that's going to keep someone else from stealing it), and therefore you're on the verge of a Rule 6 violation.

If you don't know how to add a watermark, then you don't need to add a watermark. :)
