mkv to DVD recommendation?

I have tried so far and all 3 have failed to convert mkv to DVD.

1. AVItoDVD
2. AVStoDVD
3. FAVC

and every single one failed.. Not a one worked.. can you recommend one that will work?

Well it does not appear to work at all.. the transcoding never gets over 0%. The only thing I did was told it to transcode to SD-DVD in NTSC.

but the AVS file plays fine in mpc-hc just fine.
