I think that creating this topic is useful for some people (like me)

Post your mpciconlib.dll (located in MPC-HC folder - or you can download my .dll file below) modified versions here.

Rules for posting icon library:

You must upload your modified mpciconlib.dll (Individual icons are accepted but not recommended).
The icons must be available for all video and audio formats in mpciconlib.dll
Individual icon must contains at least 256px, 48px, 32px and 16px sizes.
Remember to include a preview image for all of your icons.
(Use Reshacker or Restorator 2007 or similar softwares to modify mpciconlib.dll) (Use Axialis IconWorkshop or similar softwares to make icons)

This is my icon library (use this preview but the files are not the same, this is revised version - some tweaked text):

You can find the source code of the iconlib DLL in the MPC-HC code repository. By compiling your own DLL you can really customize it. For example by adding or removing icons.

Some extensions are useless and should be removed, like DVDA and DVDF. Some rare ones as well, like IVF, RT, SWF, and RATDVD.
There are also a few formats missing by default, like RM, RMVB, M4A, AMR, AC3, DTS, MPLS, BDMV, FLV, 3GP, TTA, WV, TS, M2TS.

MPC is not a video format, but Musepack audio.

I'll consider reading source code of iconlib library
DVDA and DVDF is not useless, you can try by demuxing a MKV file with audio and video streams.

About MPC, I did mistaken, will fix it soon. Thanks for your reply.

It's a shame there hasn't been more icon libraries shared. MPC-HC may be a great player but the interface and icons look very dated.

We have been talking of your icon set lastly on MPC-HC IRC channel, the problem we had was that you only provide generic icons.

That was by design to keep the size of the icon library file small. If it is just 3 letter extension, then that should be no problem to make more icons.
