- Ive read that Flash Player converts YUV video to RGB for playback ... yet when i upload videos they are always displayed as greyish YUV .... how can i fix that ?

- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_m1_j9neuQA
this is not my video, dunno what its about ... but its exactly my case ... my videos looks like bottom video YUV with no conversion, while on KMPLayer etc they look like top one

- also i noticed my exact same files actually work on Vimeo (look as top one)

From google help:

try this: Right-click on a yt video – select "setting" – uncheck "enable hardware acceleration" – restart your browser and look at a yt video.

If the color on yt videos looks "good" after disabling h/w acceleration you've got 2 options:
1) leave h/w acceleration off;
2) tweak the settings on your video display card.

If the color still looks "greyish yuv" with h/w acceleration disabled... I'll be surprised.

oh thanks man ... I changed nvidia settings, it showed right away ...
Aside that ... I cant turn hw acceleration off in flash ... That classic settings box is gone ... I have latest flash 10.2 ... And theres just some on-site security settings, that hw off/on is nowhere

but what seems like more issue for me ... Is that i realized this by friend telling me video she sees is greyish ... So ... This is pretty much out of controll of youtube ? Cant it be overidden ? Cant it be somehow set over videocard .......... Because ... There should be same delivarence over range of users, in terms of how video looks ... But now ... How many people can have this set bad way ? Percentage of people can see this bad way, greyish

also i just checked ... And vimeo is actually overiden, it doesnt care about my videocard settings at all ... It shows it correctly no matter what .. Shouldnt it be deafault this way ?

Yes I fixed in the video settings of the NVidia driver, changing it to PC(0-255), although I never had to do that before, and I dont know whether it would affect MPC-HC
