Does anyone know a program which can create managed image file for RAW data (particularly for mixed M2F2 data and 'normal' data)?
The most obvious solution seems to use IsoBuster with its IBP/IBQ managed files. But it turned out for me that IsoBuster starts to extract data in M2F1 Form without the ability to force RAW mode.
Another solution is to use CDRoller, and it actually saves RAW data in it's managed file. Unfortunately, there's no way known to me to convert its format to any other RAW image format (it allows only to save ISO file).
Any suggestions?
