PES subtitles does not exist as such, do you want to obtain SUP files? Any muxer capable of muxing subs can mux the SUP files in private streams (PES) within a MPEG-2 container (eg VOB if you need the DVD).

How do you convert SUP to BDN XML with BDsup2Sub? I can't see the option to export BDN XML.
