[SCRATCHES HEAD] I think you need to tell us first what *you* think is wrong. Given the overall quality of the image, the only specific issue I'm seeing in the places you've ringed is some motion blur on the hand with the cigarette (entirely expected). The phone cable is the flat spiral type... is that what's confusing you there?

There are lot of resizing artifacts covering the entire picture. Media Info says the video is 1280x720, but your jpeg is appearing as 1231x832, and the "jaggies" seem to be on the scale of two pixels rather than one, so I presume what you've done is crop part of the video frame and enlarge it. There's also general macro-blockiness, and from looking at what's happening around your red rings that seems to be mostly due to over-compressing the jpeg image after the red rings were added.

In short, it's very hard to diagnose anything from a re-compressed and re-sized still of one frame. How does it all look when it's moving? And are you trying to achieve a perfect still image, or a well-behaved moving one?
