Tried alternate output to DVD-5 for the first time. The resulting output was too big 4.95GB. Selected movie only. I assume I did something wrong. I have used dvd rebuilder and bd rebuilder since the beginning with no problems at all, GREAT PROGRAMS!!!! I have my PC set as a dual boot and still use Win XP SP3 for video. Logs are as follows:

I've used this feature a number of times with 100% success (Windows 7/64 system). It is slow, but it does a top notch job as I set it for the highest quality, so slow is just fine with me. My only "wish" is that this feature could include subtitles on the output, along with its ability to include selected/multiple audio tracks. Maybe someday . . .

However, I have not had occasion to try it with the "The Town" blu-ray. I have that title, and could run it to see how it comes out on my system if that would help diagnose any issues. Just let me know.
