Does BD-Rebuilder try to re-encode menus? Sorry if this has been asked before.

-Hoju Only when it has to. For example, if you are outputting to BD-5/9 the maximum bitrate has to be reduced -- requiring reencode. If your output is BD-25, menus are typically kept intact. The exception would be when the menu is very large (and keeping it intact would negatively affect the overall encode)
