The design would be from you (Sina), and the decision (implementation) would be from the MPC developers.

It's not that they can't change it. It's that so many people have so many different tastes (variables), and making something FULLY skinnable from an existing design takes A LOT of effort!

How to stop whining? The ppl who use MPC-HC like the Win95 OSR1 look, believe it or not. If you want a more modern skin, find a player that has skin support...some will even allow you to finetune the skin to your taste, using a simple XML script.
