windows 7 not able to load PLUGINS/FILTERS

RE-installed MeGUI & Avisynth twice didn't help

Anyone please find me a solution! this is my first post here on doom9, i cant use any filter. I get that MESSAGE. i m using windows 7 64 bit..

Since you're on a 64bit Windows, you need to put fftw3.dll NOT into /system32, BUT into /syswow64 instead.
