Hi MPC-HC devs,
MPC-HC plays such file silently with built-in decoder, but it plays well with ffdshow.
I have reported this to ffmpeg bugtracker, see here (https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/issue2639).
But I am not sure whether it is a bug in lavf or mpc-hc's decoder.
