Improve Ultraman Kids quality

I have Ultraman Kids Anime DVD and i want to improve the quality...

I use some filter to improve the quality and this is the result

I have a Japanese DVD for New Tetsujin 28 series with size of 640x480. I extract the first episode and try to re-size the file to become 1280x720 but i have a problem with the lines i can't fix it. Is it possible to fix this lines ?!

I guess different people will find different things more objectionable...

1. sharing copyrighted material
2. selling DVDs of such poor quality that it's easy to improve them, making the free "illegal" version much higher quality than the paid for "legal" version
3. having copyright laws that make the passing on of such restorations illegal, even when the originals are "old" (original copyright law set copyright duration at only 14 years)
4. not really knowing how to improve the video quality, getting other people to extensively help, and then uploading "your" efforts to gain credibility in another group
5. having a signature that implies adultery is OK


Meantime, I think we should all abide by the doom9 rules, and I'm not entirely clear what they say in this instance.

If it is allowed, then if any one of us wishes to help or not help, I think information that the poster is going to upload is probably useful in the thread itself.

If it's not allowed, then it's clearly a mod issue, and you should just contact them if you feel the need to tell someone.

The question was not whether you bought the DVDs or not, but that you use the knowledge gained here to share the DVDs with others. This could be used to close doom9 down.

Probably because the new users only see or care to see the most recent threads, and unfortunately, the TFM/Tdecimate and other such threads are past page 1. Either that or they just don't feel like using the search feature...

I remember this source and the interlacing was so bad, I guess is different dvd or I have a memory leak, should be fixed in the human hot fix patch 1.1.

I'll have to be more careful in the future, sorry flashow.
