Now Apple is popular enough to be the leather.
The OS X version of MPC-HC is base on QuickTime framework.
New features:
Modern design.
Design efficiency.
Eco mode.
Advanced post-processing features (auto control: sharpness, noise reduction, motion, dynamic contrast & brightness, etc), upscaling, i to p conversion, color correction, deinterlacing, etc).
Advanced rendering options.
Advanced external plug-in support. (decoders, splitters, navigators, effects, etc).
Conversion & basic editing features (splitting, joining, cutting, cropping, muxing, etc) (optional plug-in).
Customizable UI.
Blu-ray support. (external drives & future Mac models)

MPC-HC is a DirectShow player. OS X does not have DirectShow. Hence, its not possible. What you want is a completely new player, and not MPC-HC. Alot of its features rely on the DirectShow Filters, and cannot just be ported over to another system.
Also, do you realize that your posts read like bad translation software? :D

PS: the OSX version of MPC-HC is just impossible, since a lot of things are dependant of Windows API... You should ask for a new OSX player, not a port.

Well, MPC-HC is using MFC, DirectShow and many other Windows-specific things (among them is the VS08/10 compiler).
Replacing them would create a whole new different product.
There not really a point in calling it MPC-HC (on OS X).
