Ripping Shrek

Hi,

I tried to rip Shrek-DVD (german version) using SmartRipper 2.41.
SmartRipper always get brocken blocks.

I use a Pioneer DVD-106S and the DVD has no visible scratches.

Is this a known problem with shrek?
If yes, is there a workaround?

only thing i can say is that it worked for me (same config)

I found the problem.
The DVD-drive is new, I have it just for a few days, and the region was not set.
Now with region set, it works.
