IS it possible to find total number of frames in one mpeg file And TOTAL Number of GOP in a mpeg file AND total number of frames in one GOP..........

No, there isn't such a byte, MPEG2 is a streaming protocol.
You can estimate the nr. of frames by looking at the running length (assuming the fps is constant in the file).
Also the nr. of frames per GOP may vary a lot.

The only way to know the exact nr. of GOPs and frames is to parse the whole file and count the GOP and frame headers.
